Thorn Valley provides consultative services to insureds in regard to the vetting, implementation and utilization of telematics to help improve driver behaviors and overall safety.

Many of our clients do not yet have telematics solutions in place. We work with insureds to determine the best solution for their organization and then assist in the implementation and continued utilization of the product to achieve the desired results. 

For those insureds with existing solutions, we work with them to confirm the systems are being used and that the data is being properly captured, evaluated and acted upon. When we find areas for improvement, we work collaboratively with the insured to optimize utilization and improve driver behavior.

We offer periodic telematics and claim analyses that consist of a comprehensive review of all driver behavior data across the fleet and comparing it to claim and MVR history. These analyses provide insights that help identify the best drivers as well as those needing improvement. For those needing improvement, pinpointed training recommendations are made on an individual driver basis.
