For those smaller fleets with premiums that do not support the cost of an on-site survey, we offer phone surveys. The market for these services are typically managing general agents and insurance carriers specializing in smaller fleets exposures.

Phone surveys include a report that resembles an abridged version of the on-site survey and can be very helpful in determining key facts about an insured’s fleet not addressed in their insurance application or during the underwriting process.
