These exposures operate under the original FMCSR 395 hours of service limits dating back to 8/25/2005 when the HOS limits changed for truckers.  Transporting human cargo has its unique characteristics and exposure, including understanding the nuances of passenger transportation regulations as opposed to transporters of property – e.g. do Commercial Zone exemptions apply.
